4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary based on destination and selected shipping method. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available in 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date for all non-customized products. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Customized products cannot be returned unless defective. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Product Warranty

All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers materials and workmanship but does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. To claim warranty, contact our customer service with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
