Return & Refund Policy
Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date for all standard products. Customized products can only be returned if defective.
Return Conditions
- Product must be in original condition and unused
- All labels and tags must still be attached
- Original packaging must be present
- Proof of purchase required (receipt or order number)
Return Process
- Contact our customer service to request a return
- You will receive a return authorization (RMA) via email
- Securely package the product with the RMA number
- Ship the package to the provided address
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 days of receipt
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Warranty Coverage
All Verona Moda products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and materials. The warranty covers stitching, closures, finishes, and overall product quality.
What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear and natural aging
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Water or chemical damage
- Unauthorized modifications
- Accidental damage
